Embarking on the Journey of Hairdressing…

Hairdressing didn’t come to me as a career plan — it arrived as instinct. Growing up around family who worked with hair, I watched creativity happen in real time. Hair wasn’t just something you cut — it was identity, story, intention.Something clicked early on, and it never switched off.

Educational Pursuits — Igniting the Spark!

I noticed one thing quickly:
the people who excelled weren’t lucky — they were intentional.

That shaped my mentality:
invest in skill, invest in future.

So I committed to learning — deeply. From London academies to international master training, I absorbed everything I could. Toni Mascolo’s mantra, “Education, education, education”, still sits in my head like a metronome.

Sparks of Success

A few milestones — not as trophies, but moments of forward motion:

  • Finalist – Afro Hair Grand Competition, 2011

  • Break Through Team Xtra, 2014

  • L’Oréal Men’s Colour — Best in Region, 2015 & 2019

  • Wella Men’s Image Finalist, 2019

  • Behind The Chair One Shot Finalist, 2017 & 2018

  • Global Brand Excellence, 2019

  • Creative Head: Most Wanted Men’s Grooming Specialist (2020 & 2021)

  • Creative Head: It Guy (2020)

These didn’t define me — but they shaped me.

A Presence at Fashion Week

From 2010 onward, I worked inside the engine of London Fashion Week — the backstage world where time bends and hair happens fast.
Over 125 shows with designers like Pam Hogg, Mary Katrantzou, Paul Costelloe, Jean Pierre Braganza, and more.

Runway environments sharpened my instincts — quick thinking, clean execution, and creating visual impact at speed.

Pioneering Investment in Tomorrow

With time, I stepped into education and leadership — mentoring stylists, judging awards, and teaching internationally. Sharing what I’ve learned isn’t duty — it’s legacy.

If someone leaves my session with more confidence, more clarity, or more identity in their craft — that’s impact.

Crafting Experiences

A highlight was working with Formula One’s VIP Paddock Club in 2019 — designing a “Hair Pit Stop” where looks were created in under 20 minutes. It was fast, precise, immersive — equal parts energy and elegance.

The Story Continues…

I’m still learning. Still evolving. Still obsessed with the relationship between hair and identity.
For me, this isn’t just about appearance —
it’s about revealing presence.
